Management studies have revealed that productivity and excellence cannot be formed in the work environment unless the institution possesses employees who characterized by a personal quality. According to the researcher (Robert Henry, 1993), excellence is practiced through individuals, and they are the basis of Total Quality Management (TQM). Total Quality Management cannot be achieved without the advancement of the personal quality of individuals.

Accordingly, global schools have made efforts to develop mechanisms for building the personal excellence of employees to integrate with the general direction of the institution. This training workshop is concerned with improving the quality of individual performance to align with the requirements of the work. The trainee comes out with tools and skills to discover their personal shortcomings and set specific goals that align with the professional goals of the institution. The course also provides intensive training to assess the current personal quality of the employee and how it can be improved over a specified period.

  • Topic 3: Behavioral and Technical Skills of the Distinguished Employee
    • The skill of self-management, emotions, and energy management in the work environment.
    • The skill of organization and quality production within time frames.
    • Communication strategies with superiors and colleagues and the elegance of the style.
    • Building harmony at work and forming a positive impact.
    • The skill of initiative and methodologies for presenting balanced proposals in the work environment.
    • Managing work stress.
    • Discipline and work values.

Evaluating trainees performance

Trainees will be able to measure their level of skill mastery and understanding of the information through a series of daily assessments, as well as a pre and post assessment will be held during the training course.
