Al-Sharqi is an experienced engineer and professional management consultant and trainer for Quality Management, Health & Safety, Business Continuity, and Innovation Management System.
He is a lead auditor, Assessor and trainer for many ISO standards including QMS, EMS, OH&S, BCMS, FSMS, MDQMS, and ISMS.
Al Sharqi represents Bahrain in the international technical committee ISO/TC176 and ISO/TC279 with more than 22 years of career experience in both engineering and management positions. He worked as the Chief of Quality Management in the Ministry of Works Municipalities Affairs & Urban Planning in Bahrain (10 years), Senior Quality Specialist in the Ministry of Industry and Commerce for (6 years). A chemical engineer in the petrochemical and aluminum industries for (5 years).
He is currently working as the Managing Director & Principal Consultant at QPlus consultancy (www.qplus-bh.com), a consulting company specializing in establishing creative quality solutions and inspection processes through innovative strategies, benchmarking, and training.
